Acer E15 E5-572G-525V Laptop keeps freezing and wifi network driver keeps uninstalling automatically

Hi, i have two issues and both are critical. my laptop model is Acer Aspire E15 E5-572G-525V.
1. my qualcomm atheros ar956x wireless network adaptor keeps uninstalling everytime automatically and frequently. i used to do the standard fix of uninstalling it from the device manager and the restarting my laptop for windows 10 to reinstall the driver but even this doesnt work now i have to connect via lan cable for it to even detect any drivers.
2. more recently my laptop has started freezing midway while i use it and i have to do a force restart through power button as nothing works. any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated

  • Are you using windows 10, version 1709, 1803, 1809 or 1903? Have you tried updating drivers on intel and nvidia websites?

    Are you using windows 10, version 1709, 1803, 1809 or 1903? Have you tried updating drivers on intel and nvidia websites?
    current build is 1809 and my drivers from nvidia are upto date. i will check the intel drivers too but how does that affect the network adapter driver?

    my current qualcomm driver is 10.0.0.324 should i still update it to the one you sent? if yes then how? also my intel drivers are upto date.
  • Yes, you should upgrade using the .inf file, see:

    hey i did the upgrade and its working thanks but the problem of my laptop freezing is not fixed rather it has frozen twice after the driver update I just did it wasn't doing that till now. I start my laptop and within 5 minutes it's frozen.

    I am noticing that my drives C and D  are running at. 100% on startup and after for a minute or two. 
  • The problem with the disk at 100% is on the windows itself! Do you have any antivirus installed? Can you tell which service is causing the 100% problem?

    The problem with the disk at 100% is on the windows itself! Do you have any antivirus installed? Can you tell which service is causing the 100% problem?
    I rolled back to my older Qualcomm driver version and it seems stable for now and changed ahci according to this last step  in the link https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/100-disk-usage-windows-10-fixed/amp/  I don't have any antivirus installed only windows defender that comes with Windows 10

    Okay so the process that are running high are anti-malware, task manager, Service host:sys main, feedback hub. What do I do now? Also now on startup even the CPU runs at hundred but not for too long like the disk. 

  • Is the disc still at 100%? Have you checked that windows update is downloading the updates? What is the service that is consuming 100% of the disk?

    Try disabling the sysmain service, which used to be called superfetch!
    Okay I've done the same will monitor it for some more time a see. I ran a memory check to see if there was an issue but report says it's okay

    When you disabled sysmain, did the disk percentage decrease?
    Well it still seems to freeze.. I ran a memory scan but my ram is fine.. and the drivers still get uninstalled time and again

    The disk percentage has decreased yes but I get an error called code 10 for my network adapter
  • Have you tried upgrading windows 10? Although it does not like the software that updates the drivers, by verifying that you download the driverbooster program, fix the problem! Uncheck the game programs and leave only the drivers to be updated!

    Have you tried upgrading windows 10? Although it does not like the software that updates the drivers, by verifying that you download the driverbooster program, fix the problem! Uncheck the game programs and leave only the drivers to be updated!
    Sorry I don't under what driverbooster program? Should I download it? also what game programs?
