First off let me say that I consider myself fairly computer savvy (until today!).  I have always built and repaired my own PCs (and everyone elses ;-) ) for over 30 yrs.  This is my first pre-built purchase (and 1st laptop) and unfortunately, the first time I can't fix my own computer problem!!  I purchased the Acer Predator after some thorough research and comparisons, I really hope I didn't make the wrong decision...
Currently, when I boot the laptop it will get to the 'Predator' logo, then the 'circle of dots shows up and spins about half a turn before stopping; then is restarts (this just repeats).
I have tried every suggestion I found in this forum including:  'Alt+F10' (every option ends with the same 'loop'), Windows 10 iso download (USB and CD, Safe Boot Disabled) still goes to logo and repeats, Acronis Universal Restore drive (same as Windows 10 USB), whenever 'Preparing Automatic Repair...' popped up - same result (circle of dots spun half way then it rebooted).
It may be important to say that during the 100's of attempts I made to boot this laptop there were a couple of times I got a different result: while using the Acronis Repair Disk it seemed like it was going to start but failed, "Not enough memory..." or "missing component...(or) could not connect to component..." followed by "efi\boot\bootx64.efi"
Prior to this happening everything was fine with my laptop.  There have been no recent hardware or config. changes; I just shut it down last night and tried to start it up the next morning!  Also, I have no problem accessing BIOS (F2), or Boot Options (F12).  I have multiple internal drives that I have swapped and experimented with as well as various USB boot configurations (everything resulted in the same: Predator logo/(1/2) circle spin/restart - loop).  That's about all the related info I can think of...
Some of the posts I read suggested a corrupt UEFI? or BIOS or even RAM? Could this be my problem?  and, if so, how can I fix it?  I have everything backed up, so I am willing to RESET/Delete everything back to factory or whatever - I just need it running again.  I would be so grateful for any help or ideas. Thanks in advance...
