I want to replace my Acer Nitro 5 because it has arrived only 10 days and facing hardware problem

It has been causing problem like freezing and showing black screen.and it is not the windows problem so pls  reply asap

    Please Check with the store you bought from for a replacement. If it's a hardware issue and they can't then please contact acer warranty support for repair.
