Battery reset pinhole

fireexplorer23fireexplorer23 Member Posts: 52 Enthusiast
I was resetting my battery on my acer Nitro 5 with a staple when the staple got stuck inside and went in I have been unable to get it out the computer is charging and the battery is working fine. Should I risk opening up my computer and getting it out or just leave it be?

    Good afternoon fireexplorer23 !

You should turn off your equipment and if necessary open and remove the staple immediately.
This can lead to irreparable damage to the property.

Leaving a loose staple floating around inside the guts of your computer is a recipe for disaster!!
