Aspire A515-51G no bluetooth or wireless adapter

My A515-51G-503E was sent for a warranty repair, motherboard was replaced. The wifi didn't work when the laptop was sent back. I've realized bluetooth is also not working (both are hardware issues, devices say device missing/not installed).

I cant find tech specs on this motherboard, Charmander_KL

Is the bluetooth part of the wifi card on this laptop?
and
Would this happen if the antenna or other cables are damaged?

A USB wifi/bluetooth is cheaper and easier, my mind would be at ease if I new they just sent a bad card not a bad motherboard.

p.s. I've already asked, acer wont do any further repairs, the laptop broke the same week the warranty period was ending, warranty was expired by a month by the time it was mailed back. Im not complaining, I didnt think the warranty would be honored at all.

Hello! Have you checked that the device is recognized in the device manager?

all the windows fixes, reinstalling drivers, tried a new solid state drive with a clean copy of windows, several linux operating system all say the same thing to wlan or bluetooth installed. no devices show up as having and error (yellow exclamation icon).

Motherboard port is dead or the card is dead. I have 2 older acer laptops, but they have a different card slot.
