Unable to access my Photos and documents

I am unable to access my photos and documents 
when I click on the cloud link I get "
"Hmmm...can’t reach this page"
I have no access to the cloud?

    Are you using Microsoft Edge?
    Did you check the network adapter settings if some DNS is set?
    Through another browser can access?
    Have you updated the drivers and Windows for the update?
