Acer V5-573G Battery isn't detected, 9%, not plugged and not charging!

Hi whoever will read this!

I've been using this pc daily for a while now; and this never occured
I came back home, tried to start my pc unplugged, but it didn't boot up. When I actually plugged it, the battery level showed "9%, plugged and not charging".
So I went online to check what I could do: I pressed the pin-button to reset the battery (since it's built-in), tried to update the BIOS (but couldn't, not enough battery when I had to be at least at 30%), then Power Reset by pressing the power button for 30 sec... Didn't work either.
Could you guys help me what happened and how to fix it, if I can?

How long have you had the notebook? Can you check the uefi firmware version in the acer care center?

I don't have Care Center, and can't download it apparently, since my pc isn't from 2014

your notebook already has the latest firmware version uefi! It is possible that your battery is already at the end of its useful life! Does the notebook power on normally when the battery is disconnected?

OK! Type powercfg / batteryreport / output "C: batteryreport.html" in the power shell as administrator so that it is a battery report. I would also like to know how long have you owned the notebook?

For 5 years, and we changed the screen, and the HDD (for another hdd)
It might be time for me to change, since the vents are slowly dying as well...

Is your notebook still under warranty? Have you tried disconnecting the battery from the motherboard and then pressing the power button for thirty seconds?

Votre ordinateur portable est-il toujours sous garantie? Avez-vous essayé de déconnecter la batterie de la carte mère, puis d’appuyer sur le bouton d’alimentation pendant 30 secondes?

The only way to disconnect the battery is by opening the pc itself, and I tried pressing the battery reset for 4 sec, and then press the power button for 30 sec, didn't work

Have you tried reinstalling windows by pressing alt + f10 before the Acer logo? Also, it is important to note that it is possible that the battery needs to be replaced!
