Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Jeevanandan - using Acer Aspire E15 - Serial No : ********************** laptop. I have purchased 22 Aug 2017 and also taken 2 years of the extended warranty till 21 Aug 2019.
Recently I found slight difficulty in opening and closing the laptop at the right side hinge defect - there is no physical damage or slight scratch in laptop. I kindly request the ACER Manufacturer team to look into the matter seriously and help the customer at the earliest. I have purposed one laptop for my personal use and have recommended my school and the school has purchased 50 number Acer laptop for the school use.
I have also logged complain request on 31 May 2019 and received a complain No : ********.
