Problems with RAM expansion.

Salve, sul mio Acer Aspire TC-220 (4gb di ram) ho inserito, nello slot primario, un banco da 8 gb ed il pc non si avvia, dopo varie combinazioni, inserendo i banchi in slot di coliri diversi, mi riconosce finalmente i 12gb ma a fianco, tra parentesi mi compare la scritta "(3,92 disponibili), è normale o devo eseguire settaggi da BIOS?
Come entro nel BIOS?

Hi, on my Acer Aspire TC-220 (4gb of ram) I inserted, in the primary slot, an 8gb bench and the pc does not start, after various combinations, inserting the desks in different color slots, I finally recognize the 12gb but next, in brackets I get the message "(3.92 available), is it normal or should I make settings from the BIOS? What is your version of Windows?
If it is 32 bits there is a 4Gb limit for RAM management that can only be changed by installing an x64 bit version.

Non riesco ad aprire il BIOS per vedere se trovo qualcosa da settare.

Il BIOS non ha nulla a che fare con il riconoscimento della RAM.
Quale modello esatto?
Esempio: ATC-220-UB51

Per impostazione predefinita, questa serie supporta fino a 32 GB di RAM (4 slot 4x8 Gb ciascuno) 1600 Mhz DDR3 - PC3-12800 1,5 V

What exact model?
Example: ATC-220-UB51

Are the memories you have acquired from the same specification?
