Can someone help me connect my i88s (wireless headphones) to my Acer Chromebook 14 - CB3-431?

I got the i88s a month ago. I did some research and saw that it would work with my Chromebook. That’s why I got them. Anyway, it works perfectly with my iPad and iPhone but Chromebook connection doesn’t work. It says it connected but the audio still comes out of the computer’s external speaker. I've talked to the earbuds maker and they said that it is a problem with the computer after I sent them a video of the problem.  As you can see, it says it's connected but the audio still comes out of the Chromebook's external speaker. Hopefully, someone knows what to do!

Click on the volume control in the lower right corner. Select headphones for output. Jack E/NJ

Hey JackE, this is what comes up when going to the main menu - nowhere to click to change audio output.

Have you tried to play around with i88 and tool icon settings? You might have to right or left click on some of them to see all the options. Jack E?NJ
