Actually I always leave the charger plugged in to have the full charge bc my monitor is plugged in to VGA and it uses much power to display the colors properly.
If I leave it plugged in, Does my battery degrade?
Because if it is. Then Im going to recalibrate it every single day with my own schedule called Charge Time
If it isn't then I don't think I would leave it plugged in.

Most of the technicians would not recommend to leave the charger plugged in all time. As the battery needs to discharge the electrons and re-charge themselves and this format will give you a great battery life.

My suggestion is to unplug the charger once the device reaches 100% and plug it back when it reaches 20%. This will increase the battery life.
