as far as i know if you flash a new bios it will still have PW
all you can do is solder a new bios chip on your Laptop

@Androloveresso  please explain you issue better so as far as i understood you setup a password into your bios and you are able to access it correct?
if you can access you bios you will get help if you cant access it because of the password only acer can reset it for you

Ok you have to setup a supervisor password in order to disable secure boot  after that reset the supervisor password and you can boot from your usb drive also bare in mind that in uefi mode the usb drive has be formatted in gpt not mbr because mbr will only work in legacy mode which will kill your windows 10 boot because it will not boot again until you swap to uefi again

    Already given supervisor password
disable secure boot (in the boot tab under uefi mode)  as u had already set the supervisor pass after that save and reset the supervisor password and the secure boot will be still disabled reboot and enter boot menu you will find your drive there (if it was properly formatted) to enable it again you have to repeat the steps again

Well regarding the windows password recovery i cant help have you tried to boot into safe mode have u got any important data to save in the os drive if so you could use hiren's boot cd to boot and copy the files/data you would need and after you can do a acer factory reset ALT+F10 because as i said regarding recovering windows passwords i know how to do it myself but its illegal to do it or to talk about it same with bios passwords again try safe mode to see if you have any access to it if you had enabled the admin account you probably would get in ok and change you pass to a new one but if not you would have to find another way to fix it and as i said when you disable secure boot it will boot from your drive if the drive its in gpt which i doubt that software you mentioned formatted it to gpt

As i said there are solutions for it but that it's just hacking and not allowed and i will not help with any kind of hacking activities either for personal use or not so the best solution as i said is get hiren's boot cd into a drive formatted to gpt or any other os you are able to boot on it just to backup your personal files or even if you have another  pc/laptop get your drive out and back it up into the other and reset your windows to factory you can also try to reset and choose keep your files option but i have my doubts that the password would be removed that way i think the only option here its a fresh install but you can try
