What is your full ACER model number? Meanwhile, you can try to reset the BIOS to factory default state by tapping F2 key immediately after turning machine on. Then press the F9 key to set BIOS defaults. Then F10 to save default settings and exit. Jack E/NJ

What was your original factory installed Windows version? Win10? Win8.1, Win8.0 or Win7? Jack E/NJ

Shut the machine completely off. Then remove the charger and the battery pack. Then press and hold the power button for about a minute. Then re-insert the battery pack and charger. Then turn the machine on and immediately start tapping the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu. Please post a screenshot of the BIOS information and Boot tabs if possible. Jack E/NJ

Do you hear any BIOS beep codes when you press the power button to turn it on? If no beep codes, remove the charger and battery again. Then remove and re-seat the HDD and memory module several times to help clean their contacts. Then replace battery and charger and try to turn it on again.   Jack E/NJ

OK. If no beep codes then reseat the HDD and memory module a few times. Then try to turn it on again. Jack E/NJ
