acer aspire3 a315-41 Ryzen5 2500U CPU throttling to 1600 MHz on battery CPU Z speed stuck around 170

Dear Specialists,

I have bought an Acer Aspire 3 a315-41 laptop last week with Windows 10 Operating System. What I have noticed is that the Ryzen 5 2500U CPU is throttling to 1600 MHz when on battery. It doesn't change even if I set the power plan to Maximum Performance. Also, tried editing the power plan and set all the settings to maximum performance on battery still no luck. CPU-Z single score speed is stuck around 170 and multi core score around 900

As soon as I connect the AC adapter, the CPU starts boosting to 3600MHz without issues. CPU-Z score also improved to 340 (Single Core) and 1600 (Multi Core). Based on my research on net, it seems like a BIOS setting. I checked BIOS but there are no power saving features. I am on the latest Bios version 1.13

Anyone facing the same problem?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your laptop.
The architecture of laptops is different from desktops.

Both processor and GPU will achieve maximum performance when the device is set up for high performance in the Windows power plan and the device connected to the power outlet.

This setting can not be changed.
It's a matter of internal processor instructions.
No actuak battery has the capacity to provide power at this level of consumption continuously.
