Virtualisation support is included into BIOS, Windows task manager (dispatcher)
shows that virtualisation is working. When launching VMware or Hyper-V the
system notifies of an error - not supported on the host CPU type or unsupported
CPU. Same situation with LINUX. Russian techsuppot replied with something
irrelevant and closed my ticket as resolved. But the issue is not resolved, as I
think.

With VM enabled in BIOS Advanced tab, shut machine completely off. Remove charger. Look for a pinhole with a battery symbol on the bottom of the laptop. Gently insert a paperclip into the hole to disconnect the battery. While battery holding the paperclip to keep battery disconnected, press the power button 30 seconds to discharge residual charge on mainboard. Then release the paperclip. Plug the charger back in. Boot the machine. Then try to start VMWare again. Jack E/NJ
