Bios does not see the boot drive

Hello! I intend to change the OS from Linux to Windows, but Bios does not see the bootable flash drive, how to be?

    Try change the UEFI to legacy mode, in secure boot option. 
    follow the below steps to change the UEFI to legacy mode,
    1. Reset or power on the server. ...
    2. When prompted in the BIOS screen, press F2 to access the BIOS Setup Utility. ...
    3. In the BIOS Setup Utility, select Boot from the top menu bar. ...
    4. Select the UEFI/BIOS Boot Mode field and use the +/- keys to change the setting to either UEFI or Legacy BIOS.

    follow the below steps to change the boot priority option:
    1. Start the computer and press ESC, F1, F2, F8 or F10 during the initial startup screen. ...
    2. Choose to enter BIOS setup. ...
    3. Use the arrow keys to select the BOOT tab. ...
    4. To give a CD or DVD drive boot sequence priorityover the hard drive, move it to the first position in the list.
