I have a password that I forgot on my computer that has an email that was forgotten as well and I follow the steps to factory reset by holding down ALT+ F10 at the same time and pressing the power button right after. When that's done I see " please wait " at the bottom. Then a blue screen pops up showing reset everything or reset files only and I clicked both and all I got was " Need to make some space for the reset". But the problem is that I can't clear space because I forgot the emails password so I can do anything. If anyone knows how to help it'll be highly appreciated 🙏

Try inserting an NTFS-formatted SD card to accomodate the temporary extra space needed for a re-set. Jack E/NJ
