I haven't tried either yet, I was hoping to not have to do a reset of the system until last resort, I have tried to update drivers but windows keeps saying latest drivers are installed, I am going to try to roll back windows so this may take awhile so I will let you know what happens.egydiocoelho said:You said at the beginning of the topic that this problem occurred after the windows update, correct? have you tried updating the drivers on the intel and nvidia site to see if it solves the problem?
