CB5-132T no sound from speakers

No sound from speakers or headphones, tried powerwash but no change, when I adjust the volume slider it immediately returns to zero. Any thoughts?

    Are the drivers properly updated?
    Have you checked whether the keyboard control media keys for volume and mute function are activated?

    Hello thanks for the response, my software says that its up to date but I am not sure about a specific driver or how I would check and change if necessary. Also, in the help section it mentions about an arrow if I was using say headphones, that arrow is missing too.
