Should my Acer Nitro be able to run these basic games?

purchased the Acer nitro last year (Nitro AN15-41) and I’ve always had trouble with it running games which I would consider basic, for example Minecraft runs at a very low FPS, maybe 10-15 FPS if that, even at low settings. I’ve also tried playing games like M&B Warband and Kenshi, and again the laptop struggles to run them, especially when more units are present. I really expected more of this laptop, I don’t even bother attempting newer games because I know the laptop won’t even attempt to run them, the last one I tried was apex legends, and it wouldn’t even load it up properly. Any help would be great

Also, I did a full factory reset a week ago, in case something was slowing it down, wiped absolutely everything, and the first thing I tried was downloading minecraft again and still had an awful frame rate
