ACER AT3-715A-UR12 integrated graphics disabled?

So if my AMD Rx480 dies or is no longer operable, how do I take advantage of the i7 6700 integrated graphics?

I am fully aware that if the AMD rx480 is removed, and the iGPU in the Acer locked bios is disabled, then how do I enable the iGPU? Why would they do such a thing?

Not only that but I cannot even install the intel igpu driver.

You simply connect the monitor to the motherboard's port instead to the RX480 in order to use the iGPU.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

As I have mentioned before, I did and to my surprise that it doesn't work.

If the GPU card has been removed, the BIOS is supposed to enable the onboard video automatically. Is that the state you are in, with the original card physically removed from the system?

The PC wouldn't boot when I removed the GPU. Also, can the whole pc be disassembled and installed on a 3rd party case like a corsair? There's literally no external or internal fans except for the cpu and gpu.. lol

Sorry for the delay, had a bit of a medical emergency here and was out of the loop for a few days. I'm pretty much done with the the hospital and ER stuff now though, so...
Yes you should be able to move everything to a different case if you wish, just verify the new case supports the MB mounting points. The fan thing is kind of the way things are going with the newer designs. They are low power enough that they can get away without sucking all that dust through. There should be a fan in the PSU, on the CPU and on the GPU. The one in the PSU handles the small amount of air movement needed over the non-critical portions of the MB. They usually have mounting holes to add a case fan for people running in unusually hot environments, with the power plug available on the MB.
In your case, I think that 13 is the CPU fan connector and 15 the case fan:

No, unless the motherboard isn't working for some reason. You should be able to use either motherboard graphics or GPU card graphics, you just can't use them both at the same time.

I can't because I was unable to install the integrated graphics driver for the i7 6700 iGPU.

Aren't you able to change it in the BIOS settings?   If you can't change it, then shutdown your computer, unplug it from electrical outlet, remove your graphics card, and remove the CMOS battery for a couple hours.  See BIOS settings below.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

I checked the bios and it was unable to enable. No idea why.

Because you have to remove your graphics card first.
