Bluetooth not working on my laptop( Aspire 47525G

Hello everyone hope you're having a nice day
I have an Acer laptop: Aspire 47525G
I changed my operating system to windows 10
it seems that my device can use access the Bluetooth feature to connect with other things
the Bluetooth drivers doesn't exist on the device manager I tried to install them (from acer's website) but nothing appears to happen they don't even start the process of installing.
I made a troubleshoot which said that my device isn't Bluetooth capable but It doesn't make sense since I have the Bluetooth hardware inside the laptop.
how can fix this issue?

    Acer does not provide Windows 10-approved drivers for this model.
    Then you will have to download it by other means.
    Or you can download directly from developer sites or use some driver automation software such as DriverBooster or DriverPack.

    Hello, i've tried driverbooster, it didn't detect any missing drivers about bluetooth...
    can you tell me what developer website you are talking about? i dont know how to obtain that..
