Hi!
I was browsing the web and the laptop suddenly shut down with no reason.I had battery charged.
Laptop won't turn on so i connected it to charger and it turned on.
The problem is that now is showing "no bootable device" message.
How to repair this?
Thanks!
PS i'm using windows 10

If laptop has battery reset pinhole on bottom, disconnect charger and gently insert paper clip for 10 seconds. Let machine rest for 15 mins, then plug charger back in and try to restart. If still no bootable device message, press F2 on turning power on and check BIOS Info tab to make sure the HDD0 is detected. Jack E/NJ

OK. Check the BIOS Main tab. Make sure the D2D option is enabled. Then save settings and exit. Then shut the machine completely off again. Then turn it back on and IMMEDIATELY press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A recovery screen should appear as in the video below. You have the choice of an erase-everything full factory reset or a partial system factory refresh while trying to save you personal files. Jack E/NJ

I get a message that says "There was a problem resetting your PC."

Do it again. Shut down completely. Then turn it back on again and go thru the same ALT+F10 cold boot reset. Sometimes takes multiple tries before it sticks unless there is a hardware failure. Jack E/NJ
