Acer aspire 5750 power and battery light blinking

Hi,
My laptop acer aspire 5750 keep flashing power and battery light. I stuck in this issue last  2 week.. I did google and tried all the solution that i found but not helped.
Following are the things I did:
1- remove battery and power, and hold the power button more than one minute.
2- replace the new charging port (dc jack) as old one had one wire snap.. 
3- remove the battery and run direct on AC but after few minutes it just cut off suddenly.

None of the above trick worked.
The only think is battery is charging when i turn off the laptop but as it turn on both light start flashing.
Please help me thanks.

If both charge & power LEDs blink when turned on, battery is at critical lowcharge state. Machine won't start. If charge light stays amber and never blue when turned off, battery is dead. Jack E/NJ
