I don't know how this happened, but PredatorSense won't install and launch properly anymore. I uninstalled it a couple of months ago because I didn't really need it, but now changed my mind because I want to manually control fan speeds at occasion. However, after I install PredatorSense, there is no desktop icon or start menu entry to launch it. Instead I have to navigate to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer\PredatorSense Service
to start PSLauncher.exe manually. After doing that, I can see PSAdminAgent, PSAgent, and PSSvc running in the task manager, but the PredatorSense app itself won't start.

I can uninstall PredatorSense either by running its installer again or via the Windows Control Panel, and have done so a few times. I also went through the Registry Editor, searched for predatorsense, and deleted all entries Windows let me delete and then rebooted, and the results were the same.

I've also downloaded the PredatorSense installer several times to rule out a corrupted download.

Unless there's another way to manually control fan speeds, I would really like PredatorSense to work again.

In the installer folder of the Predator Sense, there is subfolder "PredatorSenseV3.1". ( At least for my version of the program ) After the instalation of the program, you have to open the file e917f4dfb84a45c2be385f83479d3c9a.appxbundle from that subfolder (maybe different file name for you system, but look for .appxbundle). And then the predator sense works. Hope it works for you too.
