laptop overheating

dear Acer community,
I have Acer Nitro 5 an515-52
predator sense = max cooling; laptop cooler = 5 vents turbo 
realtemp 3.7 = 96 degree C (4 degree under tjmax 100C for 8300h) while gaming

1. which thermal paste to use ? collboratory liquid pro / Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut or else?
2. I want to replace laptop cooling wich is cleary poor, what is the best compatible part number that money can buy ?

    Your post is unclear. Is that 100c or 100f ?  100f is perfectly acceptable however 100c is bad

    That's hot, check that your fans are working, try running a game with fans on max and Coolboost
