Bios, Overheating, is this normal ?

I thinks my Nitro 5  AN515- 52 is overheating. GTX 1060  i7 8750h  8RAM  BIOS V1.19
Look pictures below.
is This normal for this Laptop or should i send it back?
Also i didnt found a guide for Bios. Could it be it would be solved with a new bios ?
And if it helps you, where i find a guide for instal bios the right way ??

    I even had 95c CPU on playing Oo

     download the latest BIOS from the Acer support page for your model. Double click on the downloaded file then double click on the .exe and the installation is automatic, you dont need a guide other than this. Also your temperatures look normal, when i'm gaming I put the fans on MAX not Auto and the top line is your CPU not your BIOS the bottom temperature is your GPU the temperatures you are monitoring are not BIOS temperature but I believe in keeping my BIOS updated anyway
