System: Nitro AN515-52

Processor: i7 8th Gen

RAM: 8GB

GPU: 1050 Ti

Got it a day before. The primary reason for purchase is not gaming but data analytics. Currently my usage requirement is high CPU and high RAM low GPU (for time being).

The thing that I will soon upgrade is RAM to 32 GB (16x2) and SSD memory (512 GB maybe).

I want to understand is that apart from the memory and storage, what other upgrades options are open for this system (say after 2 Years)? Assuming CPU and GPU is soldered type on this motherboard.

Also, does this system has 2 ssd expansion slot? 128GB inbuilt near HDD and other empty near RAM? If ans is only one SSD slot and since Windows is installed in that SSD, then how do I replace ssd such that I retain my windows license. Or if ans is two slot then how do I migrate license to ssd with larger space?

The recovery option is terrible, it makes back-up on pen drive only so how do I make an iso that I can burn on pen drive later at time of requirement?

In this model, neither GPU nor processor can be exchanged as they are integrated into the motherboard.
    As for upgrades:

    RAM: it supports up to 32Gb RAM (2 slots 2 x 16Gb) SO-DIMM DDR4 2400 / 2666Mhz

SSD: it has a M.2 2280 SATA 3 or PCIe NVMe Gen3x4 slot with maximum size tested by Acer up to 512Gb

The Windows OEM license key is written directly to Bios and can not be lost.
Ideally, you should clone all partitions from the HDD to the SSD so as not to lose access to the OEM system that can only be reinstalled from the hidden partition created by Acer.
You can use Macrium Reflect or Mini partition for this.
