C-drive capacity(SW1-011-170R (32gb)

I have Model SW1-011-170R (32gb) bought in Nov. 2017. I had to have Acer do a Windows 10 update for me in Feb 2018, because no matter what I did, I couldn't get enough space in the C-drive to complete the update. They did it for me. Now I have the same problem with the new Windows 10 Home Version 1809, even when I use the YSB outside storage requested by the Windows Update Assistant.   It keeps asking me for another 800mb to 1.1gb on the C-drive, and it's just not there to uninstall... maximum I have of uninstallable programs is 542mb, and some of those are needed for the device to function.  Anybody have any advice?
