My laptop has crashed for no reason. When I try to turn it on it says that there is a RECOVERY_ERROR, it troubleshoots and ends up with a message saying that it is Oxc.0000225. It tells me to contact my PC provider. I have no idea what this means. I don't have a recovery disc so I can not reinstall my computer.
How can I solve this? Is my computer without hope?
Can I download  recovery file from somewhere else on another computer onto a USB stick or something?
