Are there any User or Service manuals for Aspire E15 E5-574G-54Y2?

After nearly two years of owning this laptop, I'd like to upgrade to an SSD (what prevented me from doing so before? financial reasons, basically), maybe even expand the ram to 16 gigs or add a dvd rom drive in the future. However, I have yet to find a manual for this model. It's a somewhat older one as far as I know, but not Windows 7 old, and I imagine some Aspire E15 manuals are generally similar as far as the internals are concerned, but I want to know if there's a manual for my exact model just to be safe.

I'm also assuming this laptop supports SATA III drives, but I'd like some confirmation to this as the web pages showing this model's specs didn't specify whether the hard drive built in is SATA II or III.
