Acer Nitro 50 - New to PC’s - - Not connecting to monitor or tv

So... I just bought my first gaming PC today. Acer Nitro 50. Reminder, completely new to PC’s..... There are no visible DVI ports, and I’ve connected a monitor and a tv to the HDMI port and nothing is connecting... I really want to dive into some gaming and getting software installed but I can’t see a thing or get it to display. Any advice or anything that I may be possibly missing? I am in some need of help. Thanks.

  • Hello! Is your model n50-600? Have you tried adding the TV here?

    Have you tried pressing windows + p?

    Good night DorianHall !

    This model has no DVI connection.
    As for HDMI, have you already tried other cables with the correct version?
    Already tested on other TVs?
    Did you set the system up for HDMi display?
    Have you tried Windows + P Tecal?

    Also, are you trying to plug the HDMI into the port connected to the motherboard, or to the port on the expansion card?
    If yours looks like this, you should be connecting to the HDMI port below the purple line marked '7'. There are three DP ports and one HDMI port there. The HDMI on the motherboard ('1') will not work.

    looking for the connection to monitor to modem shown here called acer they can not tell me part or number were to bye it or any thing
