    Good Night Shudgum !

First, check the power interruption button.

    Power Outage Button

The interrupt button not being pressed correctly may generate this problem.

There is a power interrupt button:

If it is not pressed down or the case is misaligned, errors may occur.
Check the same and use something like a layer of insulation tape to force and press this button correctly.

On the cover there is a projection that must press the button.
Use electrical tape or something to force more pressure on this button.

thanks for the reply but no luck, the thing is the light bar for charging and other indicators are off, not glowing when having charger in, no any indicator of power or any sound, did not drop my laptop or other damage...

I insist that you try to recheck the power interruption button.
Test your fingers and try to see if the unit turns on and charges.

@Shudgum  try a voltmeter to test the charger if its working fine if it is it might be an hardware issue/bad charger port etc

Thank you all for your suggestions, I don't have much experience with hardware tinkering, and I don't want to mess anything else , it is under warranty, couple of days left haha so I sent it to the service center couple of days ago, I got an automated message saying parts were ordered but no more information, I'll post the outcome for everyone else benefit

    hi all, a small update
i have received an email from the service company, they said:

"Unit has been logged under warranty & as per the technical team update after diagnosing the unit our engineers found issue with the Motherboard & LCD cable same has been ordered with the vendor.

Once we receive the parts our engineers will complete the repair at the earliest ."

i think the corresponding person doesnt have the full picture of the issue or not technically knowledgable, nothing was lighting up on laptop like charger or booting, or is there a main cable connecting both motherboard and lcd that the laptop would not boot without?

hi all, just got the laptop back, according to the repair team the problem was the "motherboard and lcd" when i asked the representatives for more details they said it was the LCD connector and they changed the motherboard( and that includes everything soldered on it, cpu and gpu), they dont know what was the exact issue or what caused it, ironically they were making fun of acer production quality haha

i hope this was anyway helpful as it was weird for me, the laptop did not show any sign of power before

when i start my laptop it boot up os , after reaching desktop i observed(in tray), when nvidia graphic driver(1060 6GB) starts up laptop shutting down immediately. so every time i have to press that battery reset button and plugin power to start and stay on after a shutdown. at first i thought my laptop back panel is not sitting properly in its position (to press button inside usually besides ram or ssd) so inserted a paper, then it worked for few days. but later started shutting down on startup again then i read about nvidia power options to set optimal or adaptive and did that too. nothing is working. please help!
