Acer Veriton no display from VGA when PCIe card inserted

I have an ACER Veriton i5 ES2710G, it works fine when I connect 1 display to the VGA port. However when I plug in a PCIe card ( I tried different cards for ex AMD FirePro W2100), nothing is displayed. The PC switches on fine without problems but there is no display from the PCIe card or the VGA (onboard graphics). The only way I found to work around this is to disable the onboard VGA from the device manager and reboot. This would enable the PCIe but will disable the VGA. I have also tried to connect a 550w PSU to the Veriton and the same issue persists and therefore this doesn't seem like a power output issue. Is there any way I can connect a PCIe and have both PCIe and VGA displays active at the same time?

Have you checked the BIOS menu for an option to simultaneously support another graphics adapter? Jack E/NJ
