HELLO folks at home or anywhere with internet.
so , heres the thing.
i installed linux ubuntu on my acer nitro 5 (AMD Ryzen  2700u / Radeon RX) after deleting the default Linpus OS.
the booting was successful with a usb stick with .iso ubuntu file.
after couple days i decided to switch from ubuntu to linux mint or windows 10 since i cant happen to configure lot of things properly .
and now it just not possible anymore : said the BIOS
how so ? : there are no booting options other than Ubuntu
i tried the secure booting disable / have seen here on forum that UEFT isnt changeable so i figured i would just drop that one in as a hint !
F12 is enabled and even so still doesnt pop anything other than Ubuntu booting option

so yeah , the stage is YOURS . enlighten me.

It is a procedure that presents no risk to the device.
Care should be taken only when opening the machine so as not to damage any part.

    Good afternoon LALinuxAcN5 !

If the BootMenu option is enabled, you must press F12 as soon as the machine boots so that the boot menu is displayed.

    Hey There!
the boot menu is displayed properly after booting and pressing F12 right afterwards.
the issue is , the boot menu does only show 1 option and that's Ubuntu which means it will be a normal booting process
my question is whether there is a way to show the casual options either in the F2 menu (BOOT) or the F12 menu which are technically the same but yeah. you got me !
with casual options i mean : USB FDD / USB HDD / IPV6-IPV4.. all those casual booting options that are usually available to order and reorder and to choose from , now they are gone and i miss them badly.

Have you tried another HD or SSD to see if the system recognizes in Boot?

In this case, you can reset a Bios by removing the power battery and an internal RTC battery from the motherboard for 10min.
Then go back and check if Bios has been reset.
