Reinstalling Win 10 from SSD

Hi I just bought a SSD and cloned EFI system partition & Win 10 (C:) from my HDD, I leave the recovery partition in my HDD. After few days successfully booting from the SSD, I decided to reinstall a clean Win 10 from my factory setting to the new SSD. I launched the Acer Recovery Management from the SSD OS and selected "Reset this PC", however after reboot, my PC kept restarting multiple times and showing the Win 10 blue screen. I have to manually shut it down to stop the reboot. Is it actually possible to install clean Win 10 (reset) in SSD while my recovery drive is still in my old HDD? Thanks.

What is the exact model of the notebook? Example v3-571-6682! It is possible to install a microsoft iso in conjunction with the Acer operating system!
