Helios 500 bluetooth problem

I have Helios 500 with GTX 1070, i7-8750H and Xbox One Elite Controller. I can't connect them via bluetooth. Laptop simply don't "see" the controller. I updated my controller as well as bluetooth driver on my laptop. But it didn't help.

Same with the old 2017 nvidia shield controller they dont have bluetooth they work wirelessly via infra red/wifi adapter or something like it to use it on the pc only with usb cable connected and its a xbox controller variant too (plays really nice too) the new ones already have itWanderveis said:Thanks.
