Hi guys!

I've installed 2x4GB DDR4 2400mhz Cl14 rams for my Acer A315-41g-r0ty, but task manager says its running only on 1333mhz, and CPU-Z says its running around 1187 mhz.
But if I remember correctly the correct value based on CPU-Z is 2 * what MHZ CPU-Z says right? So Im running on 2400Mhz!?

Thanks,

DDR means double data rate, so ~1200MHz x 2 = 2400MHz. You can use HWiNFO, which shows the RAM frequency in real time.

I don't know why task manager is showing 1333MHz.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
