A515-51G-5072 - HDMI Display But No Sound On TV

Dear Friends, 

I was trying to figure it out on my own but now it seems I have exhausted all the options. 
So I now should turn to all the experts in the acer community. 

The problem is that whenever I connect an HDMI cable from my Acer A515-51G-5072 laptop to my TV (Vu 50 Smart TV) , I see a perfect display. But there is no sound from the TV. 

Checks that I have already done. 
1. Checked that all the cables are working. 
2. When it comes to the TV set top box, HDMI sound and display both work with the same HDMI cable.
3. Updated all the drivers.

Where did the cable that works with the set top box come from? The HDMI output for set top box sometimes may have a different pinout than for a PC.  Jack E/NJ
