When I'm on any website or even playing games these annoying pop-ups keep coming up and I have close them and sometimes they come in succession?

Hi, I am sorry to hear it, but don't worry, I have a solution for you.

    Follow the below mentioned steps.

    1. Click on the Chrome menu icon in the upper-right corner of the browser, and then click on Settings.

    01

    2. Type "Popups" into the Search settings field.

    02

    3. Click Content settings.

    03

    4. Under Popups it should say Blocked. If it says Allowed, click Popups.

    04

    5. Turn off the switch next to Allowed.

Hi, you can also download the ad blocker in your Chromebook by going to the Chrome Web Store and add the extension to your Chromebook.

None of that was helpful. I have all of that turned off, I even have malware protection and ad blockers on my chromebook. Still I get pop-ups all the time.

If the websites you're accessing are mainly supported by paid ads, you probably can't block them or you wouldn't be able to access the sites. Jack E/NJ

And, I don't. I wonder if you invited them in. Are they ads or notifications?
