PH 315 51 HDD

Good Day. I have a Helios 300 ph315 51 766A and specs are listed Below with 1TB hdd. I have called the service center and confirmed that I can add 500gb M.2 NVME PCIe SSD on this Unit. I am just wondering If I can replace the 1TB HDD with 860 evo 1tb ssd. What I understand with the tech support guy on the service center is that NVME PCIe is the only avaiable upgrade for the drive on this unit. He also listed several Brand Including Toshiba , kingston etc and said these are the only brands they have tested and he did not specify 860 evo.

This is the description of the SSD i have my eyes on.

The 2.5inch 1TB 860evo should work.

@Anhzel as @ven98 stated you can add the drive you mentioned and you can add up to 2tb m.2 and 2tb normal 2.5 sata/ssd hdd the numbers the tech center gave you are only what they had tested for but it supports much more
