I got my laptop back in November 2018 and it is a predator Helios 300 i5 with 8gb of ram. The problem is that when I was playing men of war assault squad 2, I suddenly had a blue screen appear for 10secs or so, saying something about the ram and it will self repair also saying that it will reboot itself. When it rebooted, it stayed as a blankscreen, the laptop is still on because the keyboard lights were on but nothing on the screen. I saw a similar post where someone also had a blank screen problem and was told to press the battery reset button which I did for 4secs and proccended to wait 5mins after the press. I booted it back up and the logo appeared but no loading bar/ball which stayed like that so I decided to wait. I came back 20mins later and it stayed the same, nothing has changed still stuck on the logo screen. I rebooted it and it went straight back to a blank screen.
help me plz!! As I dont have a clue about the issue

  • Have you checked that hd and ram memories are being identified in the bios information section? Does windows boot manager come first in the boot section?

@Marcrow try this unplug it from AC press the battery pinhole for 30s minimum (to do a proper power drain discharge) let it rest for 30 mnts to 1h then try to boot it into bios F2 (if you have image) and reset bios defaults save and exit and also check the ram compartment there is a power kill switch if its not properly pressed it will not boot and while doing it also check if all chassis screws are properly screwed as there are more power kill switches along the chassis to kill the power when opening it to avoid any short circuit,  worst case scenario you could have the sodimm faulty or even one of the slots try to change it to the other slot to test it if its the same might be the faulty ram in the worst case as i said
