Website Login issues

I have no idea where else to put this.
But I am having an issue with the acer.com website itself. I try to log into my account in the website and one of two things happen: Either it brings me back to the homepage but logged out and I have to click on sign in again and then actually sign in, Or it logs into my account in the home page BUT whenever I click on something else like "my product" it logs me out. I cannot do anything with the account and acer technical support can't help me because this is an issue with the website.

    No it occurs on my phone and even on other browsers including my friend's computers and browsers.
    I also tried using other accounts and the same thing occurs.

    So your problem is on your machine or the email you are using for login.

    In this case I suggest that you contact Acer directly and report it.
