Which "M.2" technology & manufacturer supports "Aspire F5-573G-56SH"?

Actually, I want to add M.2 into my device so I am looking for some information.

    The specsheet indicates Kingston, Toshiba, Samsung and Lite-On m.2 2280 SATA cards should support your machine. Other brands of m.2 SATA cards should also work. Jack E/NJ

    So only "SATA" technology can support or any other else like "PCIe NVMe"?
    Please let me know about this because on this basis only I will upgrade my device. Thank you.
