psa tech support is useless.

my just over 2 year z25 monitor has developed a fatal fault and i have had the misfortune of having to use the tech support. the phone support is staffed by an Indian call centre whose quality i can only guess at because none of them speak english. and Emails are replied to (eventually) with a cooker cookie reply that doesnt have anything to do with the issues raised.

i for one will not be buying another acer product.

    Could you please elaborate on what exactly happened with your monitor?
    Also, make sure that you has contacted the genuine Acer support in your region.
