Next@Acer : Helios 500
Honestly, sad to see almost every predator laptop get next generation fans, processors, and GPUs, while the H500, which is my favorite and the one I'm planning to buy, get none. It has been released very recently, so I guess that's just natural. The slick Predatorsense key would've been so slick as an addition, too. I know it's already a great laptop but I would've still loved to see it get a rework, especially since I care so much about cooling in laptops, so I would've LOVED to see it have an upgrade for the Aeroblade fans just like the other ones did. If I had enough money, I would've for sure bought the Helios 700; who wouldn't? Beyond-perfect cooling and a very practically innovative design along with drastic improvements in all aspects. I can't afford it at all, though. As I said earlier, it has only been released recently, so it wouldn't be very practical to release another refreshed version of it right away. Instead, Acer did a smart move. They took advantage of the fact that it's unarguably the best-looking among the Predator Brothers. It has a very aggressive accent and design (with the exhausts at the back, for example) that still aren't exaggerated. They used it as a model for mods. They had a team of modders that they assembled to make some mods that were quite extraordinary, one of which was a huge external cooling system, by the way. They didn't want to give it an upgrade yet, but at the same time, they didn't want to leave it out and only take its siblings. Smart move, Acer. 😂 What do you guys think?
