ACER ICONIA TAB A -810 can not load the operating system

Hello
My ACER ICONIA TAB A -810 can not load the operating system and installs the operating system from the SD card and restores it to "REBOOT SYSTEM NOW". I used the file from the official site OS_Acer_AV052.RV27RC03.AV052.RV31RC03.WW.GEN1_A42J_A.
Is there any idea to solve the problem?

can be a bad rom sector, so even if you restore from the official image you will have the same issue.

Thanks for the help, I assumed that the hardware failure, but I was hoping that it could be repaired because the tablet was very little used.
