Hello I have an acer swift 7 SF713-51, problem I that the battery is there I checked , everything connected, but in windows it has an icon - no battery detected. Its not charging . When the laptop is shut down I plug in the USB C to charging port, there are 2 of them, then the charging indicator lights up for 7-10 seconds and turns off, it wont charge at all. I tried the reset switch on the back of the laptop, no luck, the I disconnected the battery itself, also waited for 5 minutes, still nothing. Is the battery dead?
Thank you in advance
Max

    Good morning MaxProfferus  !

    Power Outage Button

The interrupt button not being pressed correctly may generate this problem.
There is a power interrupt button:

If it is not pressed down or the case is misaligned, errors may occur.
Check the same and use something like a layer of insulation tape to force and press this button correctly.
