So I know this has been asked probably but my Aspire One Cloudbook 14 will not update to the new Windows 10. It says insufficient memory. No matter how many times I delete things. It’s not enough. I don’t understand. I am not computer savvy at all. I just need it to function on a daily. It’s so slow I can’t even work for it. I feel like it wasn’t the best decision to buy! But if anyone can help me that would be terrific!!

    Hi!!

    @onecraftywarrior19

    I recommend you to buy a SD card (16GB and up), put it on your Cloudbook, format it as NTFS, then you will be able to update windows.

    Thank you for the response! Is there a certain SD card recommended? I am super computer/tech illiterate! I know the basics. But I know I can YouTube or search how to reformat it. That won’t be hard.

    Please let me know the exact model # of your laptop. Hence, I can help with compatible SD card.
