How can I configure SSD M2 in my Acer Laptop Aspire 791G?

There is a port on the motherboard which is compatible with Samsung NVMe M.2 SSDs (attached figure).

I mounted the SSD on that port but nothing happened. This not only was not shown in the Windows environment but also was not emerged in BIOS, no matter how much I changed any possible setting in the BIOS environment in order to tackle the problem. I had also updated the mainboard to the latest version of firmware.
The SSD become warmed up when the laptop turned on. 

I really get mixed-up.

I would give my sincere appreciation if anyone could suggest any solution.

    Be careful. This model owns two SSD slots:
    So first check the connector mark.
